PROTECTED LEARNING TIME CLOSURE

2.00PM TO 6.00PM

Our practice will close to take part in NHS Protected Learning time for all practice staff.

If you require acute or urgent medical attention during this time call the practice as usual and you will be diverted to NHS dedicated call handlers who will triage you to the most appropriate person.

For routine enquiries such as blood results or repeat prescriptions please call when the practice re opens.

Please DO NOT queue outside the Health Centre door to book an appointment, please telephone our reception team who are trained and require to ask a few questions regarding the reason for your call. Please give them a brief description and this will help access the most appropriate care provider as quickly as possible. Information is confidential and will help us to help you. 

We WILL NOT tolerate any verbal abuse including abusive language or shouting towards our staff and they have a right to terminate any call if necessary.
